Universal Switching Corporation’s management team fully supports the ISO process and its function within the company. The tremendous teamwork and dedication shown by all "Team USC" employees to our Quality Management System has resulted in the company's QMS transition to ISO 9001:2015 in July 2018, and certified by National Quality Assurance. Of all QMS regimes, the ISO 9000 family of standards is the most widely implemented across the globe.

As part of the ISO 9001:2015 directive, USC is constantly exploring and implementing updates to our QMS to continue improving our excellent Quality Management System and  . Statement: Counterfeit Part Mitigation

Universal Switching Corporation provides this statement to outline the current position of the company regarding the prevention of counterfeit parts in our supply base and subsequent assembly processes in response to regulatory and industry directives. Our procedures are aligned with the requirements of SAE AS5553 (Counterfeit Electronic Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition).

Universal Switching Corporation has reviewed the subject directive (on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment). This statement provides information that the products that the company produces are RoHS compliant.

Universal Switching Corporation is aware of the Spectre and Meltdown vulnerabilities impacting the confidentiality of data running on Intel, AMD and ARM processors. Our products use a variety of microprocessors, none of which are impacted by this vulnerability.
