Company Pandemic Statement

UPDATE:
As of March 4th,  2024 there are only minor overall delivery delays or vulnerabilities within our supply chain due to
COVID-19. We have experienced these minor or periodic delays on certain components that have been quickly resolved with alternative parts which may in some cases requires a PCB update. Some digital FPG-based products have extended deliveries at this time, as well as some random digital parts. This page is updated as USC monitors this topic and anything changes.   


For over 32 years, we have been committed to serving our customers, even in the most challenging of times. Thank you for continuing to trust us with your signal routing requirements. The situation remains dynamic and we will keep this page updated monthly.  We are dedicated to serving our government agencies, government subcontractors, national security obligations, and will strive to deliver & keep our production and processes moving forward in full support. Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this global crisis.

USC is actively monitoring the coronavirus situation as it continues to evolve and is pro-actively taking steps to protect employees, customers, and our local community. The company is adhering to government regulations as guidance from public health agencies such as the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. See the links to the left for additional information. Like most other companies and organizations, we are focusing on employee safety with the following:

  • Additional cleaning and sanitation on-site
  • Mandatory social distancing 
  • Support and Sales staff are operating partial remotely
  • Most meetings should be carried out remotely using access tools
  • Minimize contact with outside vendors
  •
