Quad 6x24 Triaxial Matrix
The Model 10726-L is configured as a quad 6x24 programmable triaxial switching
matrix with low leakage contacts which are controlled by commands from
a remote computer thru the IEEE-488 interface.
The system has been designed for low voltage and very low current measurements;
more specifically, IC wafer probing. The relays typically feature <±4pA
leakage current at ±20VDC into the common port with 1 contact closed. To
ensure complete lack of moisture within the relays, a dry nitrogen gas
fitting has been provided on the rear of the system to purge the moisture.
The Model 10726-L uses low leakage dry contact switching elements.
