Coaxial Resistive Power Dividers

Series 9100-R resistive power dividers are  available in two thru twenty four way configurations.

These devices, when used in conjunction with Matrix series 72000 and 76000 self-terminating coaxial relays form non-blocking switching matrices.

The power power dividers distribute the input signal to all the self terminating relay modules equally.

The resulting split loss can be compensated for by using Matrix System 70A00 relays which have built in  video amplifiers.

When a crosspoint is selected the self termination disconnects and is replaced by the external load or the amplifier input load allowing any number of outputs to be connected to a single input without level shifting or impedance mismatch.

The 9100-R resistive power dividers are capable of passing DC thru 200 MHz making them suitable for video switching. They are intended to be part of a non-blocking coaxial matrix so the specific specifications are determined by the factory to meet system requirements.
