Application Note: Blocking Matrices
The 9000 series cross straps are used to configure blocking type matrices.
These type matrices are bi-directional and they are normally used in applications
that do not require more than one output to be simultaneously connected
to an input. It is possible to connect multiple ouputs to an input however
the input will be loaded accordingly. Blocking type matrices are often
used in ATE applications where a hard contact is needed.
