System Description
Model 12620 is a dual 16 input by 16 output ECL (Emitter Coupled Logic)
Matrix which is fully programmable and 19 inch rack mountable.
When the coaxial signal enters the matrix the signal path becomes stripline.
These lines are matched in length and kept as short as possible in order
to maintain low propagation skew between the data and clock matrices.
