Digital/Analog Solid State Matrix
The 10046 is a multi-pole matrix switch which is programmable from a remote
control source. Standard interfaces are IEEE-488, RS-422 or RS-232C. Fully
expanded, the unit features a 12x24 25-wire matrix. Smaller configurations
are easily achieved by installing only the number of I/O and switching
matrix cards needed at the time. Additional cards can be added later if
expansion is necessary.
The 10046 can switch both digital and analog signals not exceeding ± 7
volts in amplitude. The 25 wires which switch in groups may also be controlled
in pairs for two or four wire analog switching. This is controlled by an
internal switch bank.
Each crosspoint in the matrix is addressable in a random fashion for maximum
flexibility. Special configurations or I/O connectors can easily be accommodated.
Consult the factory for your special requirement.
